A note to our customers about Coronavirus impact on Heritage Paper

03.12.20 // Heritage Paper

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact on our communities, we feel it’s important to connect directly with you to share more about the steps we’re taking across our businesses to help keep you, our employees and our communities safe and healthy.

Our hearts go out to all those who’ve been affected. The health and safety of our customers and employees have always been our top priority.

Our practices and our business decisions are informed by guidance from the CDC, PHAC, and WHO, along with guidance from local and federal government and public health agencies.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve increased awareness on hand hygiene and proper cough etiquette and added resources like hand sanitizers throughout the facility for our employees. We’re also ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay at home if they aren’t feeling well.

We are also restricting access to our offices and production areas. Any visitors will be limited to essential purpose only and will be screened before entrance to our facilities.

This is a rapidly evolving situation that we’ll continue to monitor. Based on the guidance we’ve received from various health agencies, our own preparedness and the current state of operations, we are confident our business and facilities continue to be safe, and we remain open for business.

Thank you for being a loyal customer and take care of yourselves and your families.
