COVID19 Update Mar 24 – We are fully operational

In light of the recent stay at home orders from the state of California we wanted to assure you that Heritage Paper is open and fully operational.  We can continue to provide our services to support the food, medical, military and other essential service industries.

As noted in our announcement March 12,  we have implemented sanitation practices throughout our facilities following the guidelines from the CDC and other authorities.

We have recently updated these policies as recommended to accommodate social distancing guidelines. Most of our administrative and support employees have moved to at home locations.  For those remaining in the office, we are rearranging desks for safe distances, and staggering break schedules.

Outside visitors are strictly forbidden entry to our facilities.

Our drivers and fleet of trucks are exclusively designated to Heritage Paper. Drivers are using sanitation wipes frequently throughout the day on their hands and on contact surfaces inside the cabs.

Our sales professionals are readily available for phone, email or video conferences. In person meetings will be limited to when it is absolutely essential to service your needs.

We’ll continue to update as necessary, but please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions. And rest assured, we are committed and able to service your needs during these difficult times.
