After a lot of hard work and commitment, we’re proud to officially announce that we’ve just completed our ISO 9001:2015 certification process.
Since 1997, Heritage Paper has been certified as ISO 9001. In fact, we were one of the early adopters in our industry of this globally recognized quality management standards program.
ISO 9001:2015, the most recent ISO 9001 update, is even more comprehensive and we’re pleased to have now completed what is a very rigorous certification process.

The ISO 9000 family addresses various aspects of quality management and contains some of ISO’s best known standards. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customers’ requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.
